When it comes to dining, visitors to Duisdale are spoiled. The Lounge, with its open fire and comfy sofas is the top spot to relax and enjoy some afternoon tea and freshly baked scones with jam and cream.

The Chart Room is perfect for a pre-dinner drink or a casual lunch or evening meal. It also features an interesting cocktail list and a great range of malts for the evenings.

The centrepiece of the dining options is the fine dining restaurant under Head Chef David Allan. His menus, which use the finest Scottish ingredients, have won two AA Rosettes for the restaurant.

The menus change with the seasons but typical dishes might be the Dunsyre blue cheese and sage ravioli served with lightly curried cauliflower and coriander cress, loin of Dunvegan venison with Husabost young neeps and carrots, roast potatoes and a blueberry jus or Mallaig Monkfish and Sconser Scallop with Crushed Saffron Potatoes, Confit fennel and Aioli.
