‘Lovely hotel with excellent service and fantastic food. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely hotel on a chilly and wet January day. Arriving cold and a little dishevelled from our trip we were ushered in to the attractive lounge to warm by a real fire and were swiftly brought a cafetiere of coffee with some homemade shortbread. We were given a genuine welcome and very helpful advice on the island. Our room (11) was large and very well furnished with great sea views and a fantastic bathroom (with both free standing bath and shower). The bed was very comfy and warm. We ate in the restaurant from the prix fixe menu and were extremely impressed. The service was efficient, friendly and charming. The food was excellent and the menu very well balanced. Breakfast was similarly good and offered a diverse selection of options. We would definitely return and would recommend.’
