The One Up burgers use 100% certified dry-aged Scotch beef, cooked to order and served in a brioche bun with lettuce, pickles and the kitchen’s own sauce.

If beef is not your bag, One Up also offer the voguish slow-cooked barbecue pulled pork burger, or a Southern-fried chicken burger with piri-piri sauce and mozzarella.
