Enjoy it all with today’s Big Deal on a weekend stay at the fabulous five star Radisson Blu in Glasgow city centre.
City centre location
Based on Argyle Street, right in the centre of the action, the Radisson Blu is a smart, comfortable hotel with striking, contemporary architecture.
Today’s Big Deal comes in two varieties.
Option one is for two people to have a Friday night stay in a double or twin room. Included in the deal are a full cooked breakfast and a cocktail for each guest in either the Collage Corner Bar or Grahamston at the Atrium.
Option two is for two people to stay Friday and Saturday nights in a double or twin room with a full Scottish breakfast and a cocktail each.
The rooms at the Radisson Blu have all the amenities that you would expect of a modern, city centre hotel. Standard rooms are decorated in soft shadings and boast walk-in showers as well as floor-to-ceiling windows.
These rooms also feature amenities like free high-speed Internet access, iPod docking stations, bathrobe and slippers and mini bar.
The deal also includes full use of the state of the art gym facilities at Sports Direct Fitness, including use of the pool.
From a French Martini or Slanjito to daiquiris and the intriguing Victoria’s Secret, there are plenty of great cocktails to choose from in the Collage corner Bar or Grahamston at the Atrium, named after Glasgow’s forgotten village.
Guests who choose to take dinner in the hotel (not included) will enjoy the colourful Collage Restaurant which contains pictures by Sir Peter Blake, designer of The Beatles’ Sgt Pepper cover.
The menu changes regularly but typical dishes might be the roast venison loin with Savoy cabbage, beetroot and wild berry jus or the Loch Etive sea trout which is served with a white tomato risotto, basil foam, herb and crab crust.

‘Fantastic stay… This is a lovely hotel… We booked the hotel through 5pm and got a great deal… The room was a great size, very clean and had everything you needed for your comfort and convenience… Bar staff in both bars we used, were great. Jack (possibly his name??) in the downstairs bar was a star at the cocktails. Really great service from all staff throughout our stay. Breakfast was lovely. Food looked very fresh, none of the usual dried over scrambled eggs here!! And the little pancake making machine is amazing!!! We loved our stay here, from start to finish.’
‘Lovely central hotel. I recently stayed here visiting Glasgow… The rooms are lovely with good temperature settings. A brilliant shower! Great choice for breakfast too… I would recommend it.’
‘Had a few cocktails in the bar that night which were lovely and freshly made and the breakfast in the morning was also very nice, a buffet with everything you could want. I was told you could also have your breakfast delivered to your room by filling out a form the night before if you wanted for no extra cost. Another nice touch.’
Whether you want to celebrate a special occasion; have a night without the kids or simply fancy a night or two on the town, today’s Big Deal on a weekend stay at Radisson Blu is the perfect spring break.
