Having spent his formative years working with Michel and Albert Roux in their Michelin-starred Le Gavroche restaurant, Brian Maule returned to his native Glasgow in 2001.
Since then, his West Regent Street restaurant has established itself as one of the brightest stars on Glasgow’s culinary scene.
Brian uses classic French techniques and the finest ingredients from Scotland’s natural larder to create beautiful dishes.
Available for lunch from noon to 2.30pm, Tuesday to Saturday, and for dinner, 5pm-7.30pm, Tuesday to Friday, the offer is for two people to enjoy the following menu:
Warm goats cheese in panko crumb, white truffle dressing
Velouté of parsnip soup, drizzle of hazelnut oil
Grilled sea bream with artichokes & broadbeans
Vanilla flavoured créme brûlée

£5 supplement applies to upgrade from sea bream to beef dish. Vegetarian options are available on the day and may vary. Guests should enquire at the time of booking.
