Full day cookery class
Available on week days only, this tasty offer is for one person to take a full one day cookery class at Nick’s Port of Menteith Cook School.
With validity running until the end of July, the classes available cover, among other cuisines, Indian cookery, seasonal dinner parties, classic Italian and Thai.
Hands on
Classes run from 10am and finish around 4.30pm. Taken by the Cook School’s team of professional chef tutors, classes consist of the chef’s cookery demonstration followed by your hands on cooking experience.
All the ingredients and equipment required for the class, including aprons, are provided as is lunch (cooked by you) and refreshments including wine.
Morning coffee & shortbread are served on arrival and there will also be a comfort break when tea/coffee and scones will be served – you won’t go hungry.
Take home
Participants will receive a PDF recipe pack via email after attending so that you can put your new found skills to use in your own home.

Classes run from 10am and finish approx 4.30pm.
Valid weekdays only. Not valid for weekend bookings.
Important Information
The Big Deal is for 1 person to experience a full one day cookery class at the Nick Nairn Cook School.
Includes cookery tuition, provision of all ingredients and equipment required for the day, including apron. Participants will cook their own lunch, usually consisting of 3 courses and often have extra things to take home. Wine is included with each course.
Participants will receive a PDF recipe pack, sent via email after attendance.
Advance booking required. Reservations must be made 9am-5pm, Mon-Fri. Please call the Cook School directly to arrange.
Once a class reservation is made it cannot be cancelled or transferred to another date, however it may be transferred to another person.
Special dietary requirements can be accommodated with a minimum of 3 days notice.
Classes are not suitable for under 16s. Young persons aged 16-17 can attend with a paying, responsible adult.
Excludes Aberdeen cook school or any other class type (3 hour, guest chef or Nick Nairn days).
Subject to availability and allocation. The beginning and end of validity period is often busiest. Please book early to avoid disappointment.
