Available 7 days per week, for lunch or dinner, the offer includes a glass of sparkling wine for each guest on arrival plus personalised menus, names places and guest seating plans.
There will be a private pay bar to help your party go with a swing as well as an iPod disco should you want to treat guests to your favourite playlists.
A party planner will help you to cross the Is and dot the Ts in the run-up to your celebration.
Three course Scottish dinner
The National Piping Centre, on McPhater Street, was established to promote the study of the Great Highland Bagpipe.
At the cosy Pipers’ Tryst restaurant, the kitchen has put a lot of study into another of Scotland’s best features: our national larder.
Actual dishes may change, depending on which ingredients are in season, but the choices on your party menu will have a strong focus on the best Scottish produce.
Typical starters might include Cullen skink soup or haggis, neeps and tatties with a whisky cream sauce.
Popular main courses include the rib eye of beef served with dauphinois potatoes and garlic butter plus the pan-fried sea bass with crushed, sun blush tomato potatoes.
Cranachan, a glazed lemon tart or dark chocolate tart will end your celebration meal on a sweet note.

For lunch bookings, tables back by 4pm; dinner sittings by midnight.

Important Information
The Big Deal is for 30 people to have a private party with 3 course set menu, complimentary room hire, glass of sparkling wine on arrival, personalised menus, tables plans & place names, private pay bar and iPod disco.
Extra adult guests may be added for £35; children for £15.
Bookings must be made a minimum of 7 days in advance.
7 day cancellation policy applies. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in vouchers being invalidated.
Multiple voucher purchases are not permitted.
