48 hour notice period required for all cancellations. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in purchase being invalidated.

Multiple purchases permitted as gifts. Max 2 purchases may be redeemed per customer.

Max 3 people may be booked together as a group, subject to availability.

Treatments may be adapted during breastfeeding, for cancer sufferers and those in remission – please discuss directly with the spa. Pregnancy massage may be available upon request. A doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
