Choice of classes
The beauty of this Big Deal is that it offers a lot of choice. Option 1 allows you to take part in five fitness classes at Hillhead Sports Club while Option 2 is for up to six boot camps taking place at various locations in Glasgow over a two week period.
Option 3 allows the voucher holder to take up to ten fitness classes at Hillhead Sports Club or choose Option 4 and you can enjoy up to twelve boot camps taking place at various locations in Glasgow over a four week period.
Taking place at Hillhead Sports Club, Personal Training Scotland offer the following classes each week:
Monday: Over 50s Fitness, 10.15-11.15am; Quick Fit 30, 12:45pm-1:15pm; Pilates, 6-7pm
Tuesday: Yoga, 6.30-7.30pm
Wednesday: Over 50s Fitness, 10.15-11.15am; Boot camp, 6.30-7.30pm
Thursday: Pilates, 10-11am; Zumba, 6.15-7.15pm
Saturday: Pilates, 10.30-11.30am
The New Beginnings boot camps, run by Personal Training Scotland are exciting, full throttle, outdoor classes which will push students to their best. Exercises include commando workouts, military circuits, fighter fitness, ab attack and body weight blast.
The boot camps also include support with nutrition planning for shape reduction, weight loss and energy improvement.
Boot camps take place at the following locations and times:
Monday: Glasgow Green, 6.30-7.30pm
Wednesday: Hillhead Sports Club & Pollok Park, 6.30-7.30pm
Saturday: Pollok Park, 10-11am.
The Glasgow Green boot camps meet at the People’s Palace by the fountain; the Pollok Park camps meet by the Burrell Collection car park and the main entrance is the meeting place for the Hillhead Sports Club boot camps.
