Romantics think that ‘I love you’ are the best three words in the world.
‘Steak, lobster’ and ‘bubbles’ are at least a close second.
Fall in love with today’s Big Deal on steak, lobster and a bottle of Prosecco to share at The Honours in Glasgow’s Malmaison.
A new venture from award-winning chef Martin Wishart, The Honours in Glasgow’s Malmaison is a cosmopolitan, city centre brasserie.
With a stunning domed ceiling; vibrant murals of Glasgow’s industrial heritage and superlative service, it offers a suitably opulent setting for Chef Wishart’s recipes.
Weekend starts here
This offer is available noon to 5pm on Fridays and Saturdays and from 12.30pm to 5pm on Sundays.
The offer is for two people to share a Donald Russell steak and a 500g lobster with a bottle of Brut Le Colture Prosecco from Treviso.
Cooked on the charcoal-fuelled Josper, the steak is a beautiful 200g picanha cut of grass-fed, dry aged steak while the lobster is from Scotland’s West Coast and served with garlic or herb butter.
The offer includes two portions of crispy fries and green salad.
Guests are welcome to order additional courses and side dishes. A 12.5% service charge will be added for extras.
Martin Wishart has built a reputation as one of Scotland’s best chefs with a string of very high profile awards to his name.
At least as important are the glowing reviews of diners who have eaten at his restaurants. These were recently added to The Honours’ 5pm page:
‘The food was absolutely delicious. Real quality cooked to a very high standard. The service was also excellent and everyone was very friendly. We’ll definitely be back!’ Rating 5/5
