Named after the larger-than-life super chef, and decorated with portraits of Marco, this vibrant, colourful restaurant is in the stylish Hotel Indigo on Waterloo Street.

With its huge booth seats and seamless service, the restaurant provides what the chef has called ‘classic dishes, simply cooked using the best, well-sourced, seasonal ingredients’.

Available Sunday to Friday, this offer is for two people to share a 24oz, aged côte de boeuf.

As well as a glass of Chandon sparkling wine for each diner, the offer includes pommes frites, a steakhouse salad and your choice of two sauces.

Sauces on offer include Bordelaise butter, peppercorn, wild mushroom sauce and Béarnaise.

The côte de boeuf is from the Duke of Buccleuch farmers’ group and is carefully reared on a natural grass diet. The beef is matured on the bone to give it a full and distinct flavour.
