This offer is available from noon to 5pm, Saturday and Sunday in December, and noon to 7pm, Friday to Sunday from January until March, and is for two people to share The Honours Chateaubriand cooked on the kitchen’s charcoal-fuelled Josper oven.
The best selling dish on the menu, this is a magnificent 500g piece of the finest Donald Russell grass fed, dry aged steak. It is served with crispy duck fat chips, fried onion rings, green salad and sauce Béarnaise.
The offer includes a bottle of house wine to share and tea or coffee to finish.
Guests are welcome to order additional courses and side dishes. A 12.5% service charge will be added for extras.
Martin Wishart has built a reputation as one of Scotland’s best chefs with a string of very high profile awards to his name. At least as important are the glowing reviews of diners who have eaten at his restaurants.

On arrival we were greeted by a lovely host and our waiter was friendly and attentive… We opted for the Chateaubriand which was the nicest one I’ve had – the accompaniments were delicious especially the duck fat chips!
