Tucked away on Ashton Lane, Innis & Gunn Brewery Taproom is a bar with its own purpose built Brew Room.

With this Big Deal on a Brew School experience for one, you can learn the secrets of beer making, sample a selection of the Innis & Gunn range, tuck into a gourmet pub lunch, then make your own five litre mini keg to take home.

Learn the secrets of craft beer

Once the whole group have arrived, guided by a talented ‘Brewtender’ you’ll kick off straight away talking about styles of beer & which styles your group will brew. You’ll be involved in the brewing process throughout the day with stops for Innis & Gunn beer samples through the day (Brewing beer is thirsty work).

Lunch is served with a schooner of beer halfway through the brewing process. Options might include the Innis & Gunn Classic Burger, Superfood Salad or Chilli Cheese Dog.

Pick your date

Starting at noon and ending at 5pm, this very flexible offer is available seven days from 3rd January to 30th June 2020, subject to availability. It will take place as part of a group of up to ten fellow beer lovers.

Note that as your beer will need time to brew, your keg will be available two to three weeks after the lesson (all good things and that…)
