- Chicken is marinated 48 hours before they go on the spit so they stay perfectly moist while they cook to perfection, and are served with a choice of sauce; jus de rôti, Béarnaise or smoked hickory, all made fresh each day.
- A variety of enticing side dishes include French fries, potatoes roasted in goose fat, creamy mashed potato, French green beans with shallots and honey roasted vegetables.
