- The menu is the vision of Chef John Molloy, a rising star of the Scottish dining scene.

- This Big Deal is for a two course set menu meal for two with a glass of wine each, available Monday to Friday in August and September.
- Tuck into what Chef Molloy promises to be ‘the best fish & chips in the country’, or try out the slow-braised smoked ox cheek or the charcoal-spiced cod.
- Other choices include seasonal pie, home-style haggis & neeps, and whole smoked cauliflower with mash, celeriac, thyme and garlic.
