Private dining

Available Tuesday to Sunday, this Big Deal is for eight to twenty people to enjoy a private dining experience at Mr Singh’s India.

Option one is for a four course meal from the banquet menu along with a glass of fizz on arrival.

Option two is for a four course meal from the banquet menu, a glass of fizz on arrival plus two drinks each from the set drinks list.

The set drinks list includes a pint of Mister Singh’s lager, a pint of Rekorderlig dry apple cider, a glass of house wine, a choice of spirits with mixers and a choice of shots.

Authentic Indian dishes

The experience begins with appetisers of poppadoms and pickles, and is followed by the chef’s starter platter including chicken, veg, mushroom and haggis pakora; tandoori chicken chaat, and sweet & sour poori.

Popular main courses include old favourites like the bhoona, chasni and korma.

Lamb ambala is the Singh family’s signature dish made with their secret curry sauce recipe. It is one of the most popular dishes on the menu.
