Specific dishes will depend on the best ingredients available that day but typical starters might be the salmon gravadlax with a honey mustard dressing or the ham hock and lentil terrine.
Mouth-watering main courses might feature seared coley with piperade and salsa verde or a confit duck leg with braised Puy lentils.
Desserts such as the lemon meringues with lemongrass grass granita or the Devonshire sticky toffee pudding with clotted cream will bring your meal to a deliciously sweet end.
Side dishes will be charged at £3.75 each.
