Specific dishes will depend on the best ingredients available that day but typical starters might be the salmon gravadlax with a honey mustard dressing or the pork rillettes.

Mouth-watering main courses might feature pan-fried coley, warm potato salad, tomato and herb butter sauce or a lamb tagine with black olives, couscous and a sweet lemon dressing.
