Choice of spa treatments

Both options include a 30 minute Swedish back, neck and shoulder massage followed by your choice of one treatment from the following four:

Mini-facial – a gentle cleanse, exfoliation and moisturising treatment will rebalance and
boost the skin.

Mini-reflexology – this ancient therapy uses the feet, hands or face as maps of the body’s organs. Working on reflex points, the body’s own self-healing powers are stimulated.

Scalp massage – a traditional scalp massage, this is a lovely, gentle, soothing and relaxing treatment.

File and polish for hands or feet – your nails will be carefully shaped and given a splash of colour. Hands or feet – the choice is yours.

Total treatment time will be around one blissful hour.

Resort facilities

Spa day guests are welcome to use all of the resort’s extensive leisure facilities. The changing rooms, steam room, sauna, individual treatment rooms and poolside showers have recently been refurbished while the heated swimming pool is as popular as ever.

New lunch menu

This offer also includes a two course lunch from the delicious new Terrace menu.

Spa visitors have the choice of three starters and eight main courses from the Terrace menu.

Tasty options include the soup of the day with artisan bread followed by a range of pizza or pastas.
