Pan fried calf’s liver with buttery mash, leek and gin & lime jus

Wild mushroom & leek risotto with parmesan and white truffle oil

Lemon & poppy seed sponge with lemon sorbet and pistachio crumb

Lime & ginger cheesecake with blueberry compote

Vanilla crème brûlée and oat cookies
