- Chicken is marinated 48 hours before they go on the spit so they stay perfectly moist while they cook to perfection, and are served with a choice of sauce; jus de rôti, Béarnaise or smoked hickory, all made fresh each day.
- A variety of enticing and creative side dishes include French fries, potatoes roasted in goose fat, creamy mashed potato, French green beans with shallots and honey roasted vegetables.

- Inspired by an early Glasgow pop-up restaurant which was built for the Empire Exhibition of 1938, Atlantic offers a contemporary French brasserie and bar in a sophisticated and glamorous vintage setting.
