Spring menu

Inspired by French home-style cooking combined with British flavours, the spring menu is one to savour.

The spring menu is packed with fresh, tasty starters such as Caprese salad – made with Heritage tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella and an aged balsamic dressing – or the Bayonne ham with a celeriac remoulade.

Main courses include poached Scottish salmon; a classic steak frites and the grilled globe artichoke served with buffalo mozzarella and preserved lemons – the taste of spring.

Sate your sweet tooth with a dessert such as tropical fruit Pavlova, mousse au chocolate, or glace et sorbet.

Treat a friend, indulge a lover
