Designed to help you relax and harmonise your mind and body, the treatments are:

Full body massage – choose between a deep Swedish massage to unlock muscular tension and aches or a relaxing hot stone massage in which hot basalt stones will be used to massage your body’s vital energy points.

Express facial with massage – designed to cleanse, tone, exfoliate and moisturise your skin.

A hand and forearm massage – this will soothe away tension from these areas – especially welcome if you spend much of the week hammering away at a keyboard.

A foot and lower leg massage – your feet and legs do a lot of work every day. Give them some TLC with this relaxing massage.
