Hands-on classes

The offer is for one person to take the Thaikhun cookery class and cocktail masterclass. They run every Tuesday at 4pm and every Sunday at 11.30am and 2pm. Each class lasts around two hours and they usually have six to eight participants.

Your experience will start with a welcome drink and introduction to Thai ingredients.  

Over the next two hours, you will learn to cook a starter and main course as well as mixing your own coconut mojito cocktail – all under the guidance of Thaikhun’s expert chefs and bar staff. The exact dishes will change for each session.

All equipment and aprons are provided and you get to tuck into the dishes you have cooked.

At the end of the experience, you will be given a goody bag to take away. Containing recipes, herbs, spices and a discount card, it will help you recreate the dishes you cooked at home.

Customers can create a mocktail in the masterclass instead of a cocktail, if they wish to avoid alcohol.
