Tricked out in a stylish bovine theme, it serves fantastic Scottish beef and seafood.

Today’s Big Deal is for two people to each have a 8oz sirloin steak accompanied by triple cooked chips, sauce and a glass of sparkling wine or cocktail each.

The steak is grass-fed Aberdeen Angus from Perthshire and it is served with chips plus your choice of sauce.

The Bo’Vine sauce selection includes bone marrow gravy, Dunsyre blue cheese, garlic butter, fiery peppercorn, mushroom and our old friend Béarnaise.
