We have never had an itch to take centre stage and perform one of Shakespeare’s great soliloquies.

However we can’t wait to lift the curtain on today’s Big Deal for a private dining experience at the Tron Bar & Kitchen in the Tron Theatre.

Atmospheric dining room

Originally dating back to the 18th century, the Tron is one of Glasgow’s most atmospheric theatres.

With its panelled walls, timbered ceiling and mood lighting, the Tron’s private dining room also has its own unique ambience.

Groups of 10 or 20

Available for groups of ten or twenty, today’s Big Deal on a private dining experience would be perfect for celebrating a landmark birthday or a special anniversary.

Available on Friday and Saturday nights with some midweek availability, the offer is for your party to enjoy a three course meal in the private dining room.

Your guests will be offered a glass of Prosecco and canapés on arrival followed by dinner.

The offer includes a half bottle of wine per guest.

Additional diners can be added for £26 per person.

Panko-breaded mushrooms with vegetarian haggis, wasabi mayo & pea shoots (v)

Pan-roasted breast of Ayrshire chicken in a white wine, spinach & chive cream with fondant potato & seasonal vegetables

Slow braised Moroccan lamb burger with Swiss cheese, salad garnish & hand-cut chips

Pan-seared fillet of cod lemon & basil butter with vine-roasted tomatoes & hand-cut chips

Wild mushroom & truffle mac ’n’ cheese white truffle oil, Manchego gratin & garlic ciabatta (v)

8oz Aberdeen Angus sirloin steak with slow roasted mushroom, hand-cut chips & peppercorn sauce
