Lessons for all levels
This offer is for one person to take part in a Cook and Go class at Bellini Cookery School on Dalkeith Road.
The school offers classes at every level from absolute beginners to gourmet cooks.
Designed to teach you how to cook authentic Italian recipes, the classes are relaxed with around eight people – just the right size to get plenty of advice from your tutor. They last two to three hours.
The recipes are easy to follow in a step-by-step format which mixes a demonstration with hands-on experience.
Backed up with the chefs’ in-depth knowledge, it’s a great way to learn how to reproduce the dishes in your own home.
Aprons are provided and guests are given a copy of the recipe notes to take home. After the class, you may eat the food cooked or choose to take it home.

Having graduated from the world-famous Instituto Professionale de Alberghieri in Abruzzo, Italy, Chef Angelo worked in some of Venice’s finest restaurants before setting up Bellini restaurant in Edinburgh in 1999.
Over the years, he has cooked for people such as Charlie Chaplin and Sofia Loren as well as royalty and heads of state.
For the past decade, Chef Angelo has been teaching healthy cooking with easy-to-do recipes at the Bellini Cookery School.
