Knowledgeable therapist
Blisslight Yoga and Massage is a cosy and relaxing therapy space at Charing Cross. It is run by Vikki, a warm and knowledgeable therapist who has trained in India, Thailand and the UK.
Her treatments are especially popular with desk workers and fitness fans, who can easily build up aches, pains and strains.
When you enter Vikki’s treatment room, she will serve you a cup of soothing herbal tea while tranquil music and yoga chants play in the background.
Aaand relax.
Choice of three treatments
This Big Deal has three pampering choices:
Swedish aromatherapy massage on a chosen part of your body – if you have stiff shoulders, lower back pain or tired feet, Vicki can target that area
Foot & leg massage using Himalayan salt and an organic shea butter scrub – this salt and scrub combination will help to improve circulation, relieve anxiety and soften skin
Shoulder, neck & face massage using soothing, pre-blended organic oils to help you to truly unwind – add in a head massage
Each treatment will take around 45 minutes and is available Tuesday to Friday until the 31st March 2020.

The Big Deal is for 1 person to have a choice of massage, lasting up to 45 minutes.
Choose from the following: aromatherapy massage on any part of the body; foot & leg massage with Himalayan salt and organic shea butter scrub; shoulder, face & neck massage (with option to include head massage) with pre-blended organic oils.
Advance booking of at least 24 hours required.
You risk forfeit of purchase if you cancel after 6pm on the evening before your appointment.
Multiple purchases permitted. Max 2 may be redeemed per person.
Minimum age for treatments is 16 years.
If you are pregnant, please advise at the time of booking for adapted treatment.
Subject to availability. The beginning and end of validity period is often busiest. Please book early to avoid disappointment.
