Available seven days a week, the Big Deal is for two people to share half a dozen Carlingford rock oysters and a bottle of the house Champagne (option one) or a bottle of Laurent Perrier Rosé Champagne (option two).

Famous for their rich, sweet and slightly nutty flavour, your Carlingford oysters will served with a classic shallot vinaigrette, Tabasco and lemon.
