Available on Sundays with classes starting at 12.30pm and 3pm, the Big Deal is for one person to have a two-hour cookery demonstration at this popular Merchant City Indian restaurant.

Aimed at cooks of all abilities, this is a great way to unlock the spicy secrets of making a cracking curry at home.
Your experience will begin with a demonstration from the head chef. With a maximum of ten people students in each class, you will get plenty of information and time for questions.
Don’t be afraid to ask the chef to help out.
Step by step, you will learn how to make chicken or vegetable pakora followed by a chicken, lamb or veggie main course.
Guests will then be invited through to the Café India dining room to sample the curry along with rice or naan.
A glass of house wine or half pint of beer is included in the offer.

The Big Deal is for 1 person to attend a curry making demonstration. Guests then sample curry with choice of rice or naan + glass of house wine, 1/2 pint of beer or soft drink.
Advance booking required.
48 hour notice period required for cancellations. Failure to give sufficient notice may forfeit purchase.
