Catriona is a fully insured, professional hypnotherapist with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a post graduate certificate in hypnotherapy.

She uses her clinical hypnotherapy training to help people make the changes that they want to make in their lives.

One-to-one

Today’s Big Deal comes in two varieties.

Available noon to 8pm, Tuesday to Thursday, option one is for a one hour, one-to-one session of hypnotherapy with Catriona.

Tailored to your individual experience, your session will start with a discussion of the issue effecting you followed by a strategy plan and hypnotherapy.

Sessions can include, but are not limited to issues such as weight loss, anxiety, stress relief, nail biting, teeth grinding, blushing and phobia extinction.

Sessions are for first time clients. Smoking cessation is not covered by this offer.

Most people notice results after just one session, and are satisfied that they are capable of making the necessary changes without any more help. Others find it necessary to do three or more sessions.

Group session

Option two is for one person to take part in Stress Under Control, a two hour stress management course that includes mindfulness, self hypnosis and group hypnosis.

Stress Under Control takes place on Saturday 25th June only.
