Inspired by an early Glasgow pop-up restaurant which was built for the Empire Exhibition of 1938, Atlantic offers a contemporary French brasserie and bar in a sophisticated and glamorous vintage setting.

The Atlantic chefs brined and marinate their chickens 48 hours before they go on the spit so they stay perfectly moist while they cook to perfection.

They are served with a choice of sauce; jus de rôti, Béarnaise or smoked hickory, all made fresh each day.

A variety of enticing and creative side dishes include French fries, potatoes roasted in duck fat, creamy mashed potato, baby rocket salad and sautéed peas and gem lettuce with smoked pancetta.
