Cocktails

The Big Deal is for two cocktails or drinks each for two people.

The bar staff can mix up a great range of classics including:

French Martini – vodka, Chambord, pineapple juice

Bramble – gin, Chambord, sugar syrup, lemon juice

Woo Woo – vodka, peach liqueur, cranberry juice

White Russian – vodka, Baileys, Kahlua, milk

Amaretto Sour – Disaronno, sugar syrup, juice of a lemon

If cocktails don’t appeal, you could have beers, glasses of wine or measures of spirits instead. The only drinks excluded on this option are Prosecco and Champagne.

The bar stocks a good wine list; a decent selection of draught beers and a range of bottled beers which includes Bitter and Twisted and Schiehallion from the marvellous Harviestoun Brewery.

The spirits on offer go from the ever popular Bell’s whisky and Beefeater gin to Laphroaig ten-year-old and Hendricks.

Option one is available Sunday to Thursday, and option two is available seven days a week, allowing flexibility for use.

Convenient location

The hotel’s central location makes it easy to get to a gig or get home – both Queen Street and Central stations are a short walk.
