Available seven days, the Big Deal is for up to eight people to have a four course meal in one of the venue’s sumptuous private dining rooms.

Your exclusive experience will start with a glass of Lanson Champagne and finish with tea or coffee.

Once seated, guests will be served The Grill Room’s tremendous warm, baked bread while they peruse the menu.

There is the option to add up to six additional guests at £27.95 per person.

Fantastic choice

Taken from the a la carte menu, the exact dishes will change according to the ingredients in season.

Typical starters might be the rich chicken liver pate and armagnac parfait with onion marmalade and oatcakes, or the vegetable rillettes with pepper hummus, cucumber and caper salad, crème fraiche and crostini.

Popular main courses include the sweet potato, chickpea and vegetable tagine with Mediterranean cous cous, coriander and crème fraiche, or the garlic and thyme butter basted free range chicken breast with black pudding, pak choi and tomato beurre blanc.

Dessert might be the hazelnut and chocolate profiteroles with praline and white chocolate sauce or the selection of farmhouse cheeses with fruit chutney and biscuits.

All main courses are served with a selection of seasonal vegetables and potatoes. These dishes are taken from a sample menu that is subject to change.
