City centre gym
Forward Fitness are located in a spacious and modern gym in Glasgow city centre. Run by Jen Wilson and Elle Morrison, their classes are not like other fitness classes.
Of course, they can help you shape your legs, sculpt your abs and firm your buns but it’s also about having fun, enjoying the music and having a belly laugh – a sound which isn’t heard often enough in most fitness classes.
This offer is for up to ten sessions of the following Forward Fitness classes.
Held in a private studio, in small groups, classes take place, Monday to Friday, at That Place on Jamaica Street. Conveniently, many are held around lunchtime and take just half an hour – easy to fit into your lunch break.
At the heart of the programme are the Fit3zero classes which combine traditional Pilates moves with dynamic movement to give you a total body workout.
Designed to be sweat-free experiences, most of the classes are barefoot but you will leave feeling energized and you will know you have had an amazing workout but still have time to eat your lunch.
Voucher holders can pick ‘n’ mix from the following classes:
FIT3zero: powered by amazing trainers and funky music, these 30 minute classes are designed to help ab sculpting, muscle toning, leg shaping, butt lifting, arm defining and, of course, belly laughing. These classes take place Mon-Fri at 12.10pm, 12.40pm, 1.10pm and at 4.45pm on Mondays.
FIT3Intense: held on Wednesday at 5pm, this class lasts 30 minutes, use some weights equipment and will take you to the next level – burning more fat and getting results faster.
FIT3Stretch: 30 minute stretch sessions help prevent injury; ease away the pains of the day and help participants improve movement and posture. This class is held on Wednesdays at 6.30pm.
Yoga: ease your way in to your day with an early morning yoga class. These classes are designed to strengthen, lengthen, tone, reduce stress and reduce risk of injury. The 1 hour yoga classes take place Tue, Wed, Thu at 7.10am.
Power yoga: an active, dynamic and aerobic style of yoga, this 1 hour class takes place at 6pm on Wednesdays.
