With today’s Big Deal from The Parlour, you can dive into tacos for two washed down by a bottle of house wine to share (red, white or rose – take your pick). You will also get to choose one side dish between you.

You will each get two tacos with a choice of either buttermilk or masa marina flour types then you can choose from these seven delicious fillings:

Taco of the week (supplement may apply)

Adobada – pork shoulder, pig skin popcorn, green salsa

Al pastor – cauliflower, pineapple, habanero crema, picked onion

Carne asada – steak, bomb guacamole, cheddar cheese, red salsa

Vegano – crispy fried tofu, pea mole, red salsa

Pollo asado – chicken thigh, pico de gallo, burnt jalapeño aioli

For your side dish, choose from the following: crunchy pig skin popcorn; guacamole and chips; salsa and chips; waffle fries with chipotle ketchup; dirty fries (add nacho cheese, red salsa or burnt jalapeño aioli); fries; sweet potato fries; house salad.

This deal is available Sundays to Thursdays until late November, from 1pm to 9.45pm. As a total of four people per table can claim it, why not invite a couple of friends along too?

The Parlour is a restaurant bar on Vinicombe Street, just off Byres Road. Inside you will find a low-lit, brick walled, chilled out dining spot serving tacos, burritos and bowls.

If you fancy lingering for longer after your meal, then the bar team can conjure up a wide range of creative cocktails. These include candy shop concoctions, coffee-based creations and flaming potions. We’re there.
