Roast chicken supreme with asparagus, truffle and Parmesan mash, black pudding stick and whisky jus

Monkfish curry with smoked pancetta, red peppers, salted cashews and Thai jasmine rice

Chickpea, sweet potato and spinach veggie burger with brie and cucumber relish and skinny fries
