Taking its name from the Gaelic for ‘great’ and ‘taste’, Morblas is a bright, contemporary restaurant in the five star Hilton on William Street.
Decked out in soothing colours with wood-panelled walls, Morblas evokes the pastoral tranquillity of Scotland’s rolling landscapes in a chic city centre location.
In the kitchen, Executive Chef Derek Donaldson loves to showcase the finest Scottish ingredients.
Three course lunch
Available 1pm-3pm, every Sunday until the 4th of October, this offer is for two people to each enjoy a three course meal from the Sunday lunch menu at Morblas.
