Today’s Big Deal is for a private dining experience for eight people at Malmaison, Glasgow. It is available to use seven days a week.

As part of this deal, the eight people dining will receive three courses from the Prix Fixe menu and a glass of Prosecco each.

Up to 20 people can be included in the private dining experience. Each one after the initial eight will be charged £24.95 for three courses with a glass of Prosecco.

The dining room at Malmaison is completely private with walls and closed doors separating it from the rest of the hotel but it is just beside the main bar, allowing guests to easily pop in and out to order more drinks.

British produce on the menu

Chez Mal Brasserie uses the finest British produce. The ever evolving menus showcase these ingredients in dishes which range from British classics to more exotic options. The menu is subject to change but could look something like this:

“The occasion was my Aunt’s 50th birthday… The room was the perfect size; modern, impeccably tidy and plenty of room for another small table to sit the birthday cake on. I had been conversing with the Events Manager via email over the last two or so months, planning this event. And, not only is she absolutely lovely but, nothing was too much trouble. The process went very smoothly and she took a lot of the planning pressure off of myself – which I greatly appreciated! The meal itself was delicious! All the ladies commented on the standard of food. I had the Normandy Chicken and it was divine! Again, the cocktails were beautiful, I was very impressed by the “Malchemy” menu, and tried a number of them… which I was subsequently reminded of the following day by way of a piercing headache (my fault – not theirs!) Finally, the staff! Well, they truly made the evening what it was! Holly greeted us on arrival, very pleasant, helpful and on hand at all times to deal with our demanding guests. Megan behind the bar – what a lovely girl! Both, as well as everyone else that served us, we owe a big thank you too. Wonderful Time had by all! Would highly recommend both private dining and also dining in the main restaurant. Hotel rooms are also lovely and very central location. I’m only sorry I won’t be back this weekend for the same again.”
