You will be able to choose from the Finsbay favourites range, mussels or burgers.

Menus can change, but will likely include the IPA beer battered haddock with hand-cut chips, mushy peas and a pickle or the macaroni cheese with a hint of Arran mustard.

If burgers are your bag then you might like to try the Finsbay, which is Stornoway black pudding and haggis. Or you could opt for the veggie friendly chickpea, harissa and halloumi burger.

Or maybe you will be tempted by the rope grown Scottish Loch Leven mussels cooked in a choice of Thai green or Marinere sauce with sourdough bread.

Finsbay is a restaurant, bar and cafe on Main Street in Milngavie with decor that celebrates the 70s in the chicest way possible.

So expect patterned wallpaper, rotary dial telephones and artwork that might have graced your gran’s walls when you were a tot. But also expect a stylish space of blonde woods and atmospheric lighting that’s perfect for a relaxing meal.
