It’s dead simple. The Big Deal is for two people to have two courses from the a la carte menu at Ad Hoc along with a glass of house wine each.
The offer is available from noon to 9pm, Monday to Saturday.
Appealing menus
The a la carte at Ad Hoc is a cracker. From the starters, we like the look of the lobster salad but could be swayed by the chunky charms of the ham hock terrine or the crispy fried brie wedges.
Main courses include the grilled chicken breast with a truffle and Portobello mushroom risotto; the fish stew and the goat’s cheese and roast veg galette.
Desserts include a double choc brownie, lemon posset and a roast pear and rhubarb crumble – perfect for a chilly day.
