Brasserie on George Square - Millennium Hotel

Built some twenty odd years after George Square was laid out in 1781, Glasgow’s Millennium Hotel has witnessed many a historic event.

From visits by both Queen Victoria and Winston Churchill to the 1919 Battle of George Square, the Millennium Hotel has played a prominent role in Glasgow’s history.

Served with pomme puree, glazed carrots and coq au vin sauce

Rich chocolate mousse cake
Served with morello cherries

Glazed lemon tart
Served with a chantilly cream

Sticky toffee pudding
Served with toffee sauce and vanilla ice cream
