The offer is for two people to each have a burger & fries with two additional sides at the Collage Corner Bar along with a chilled Venetian Sgroppino – made with Prosecco and lemon sorbet.

Half the fun of this offer is building your burger. Diners can choose between a Scottish beef burger; a char grilled chicken fillet or a veggie burger.

Next, it’s time to decide on your topping. The choices include the Caledonia, featuring haggis and mushroom; the Texas BBQ with smoky sauce, ham and cheese; or the Manhattan with cheese and bacon.

Finally, each diner can pick two sides from the following: pickles and gherkin, coleslaw, salad and salsa.
