If Urban Bar and Brasserie were a man then he would be a stylish dresser; as well groomed as he was charming and, of course, fascinating to talk to – pretty much the ideal date.
Make a date with dinner and sample those attractions with today’s Big Deal on a delicious 3 course meal at Urban Bar and Brasserie in Glasgow city centre.
City centre elegance
Once home to the Bank of England’s Scottish HQ, Urban Bar and Brasserie on St Vincent Place has retained its handsome good looks. With its wood panels, stunning flower displays and ornate cornicing, it is rather an elegant city centre spot and this Big Deal is designed to let you see what they do best.
Available Sunday to Thursday, noon-9pm, this offer would be perfect for a working lunch, pre-theatre meal; afternoon shopping break; a romantic night out or lazy Sunday afternoon lunch.
The offer is for one person to enjoy a starter, main course and dessert from the A la Carte Vantage menu which is listed below.
Side dishes such as new potatoes with truffle oil and garlic or sautéed broccoli with oyster and lemon sauce are available for a supplement.
Although there are great meat and vegetarian options on this menu, fish dishes are prominent. All the seafood at Urban Bar and Brasserie is delivered fresh, daily by Andy Bell of The Fish People in Glasgow. It all comes from responsibly managed, sustainable sources.
