Today’s Big Deal is from One Up in the Merchant City and it gives you a choice between a flight of three mojitos for two or a bottle of Prosecco to share.

Vibrant venue

The stylish, contemporary One Up on Royal Exchange Square has a relaxed vibe and cool décor, making it a popular choice for drinks, dining and dancing. It’s the perfect spot to chill out over a classic Cuban cocktail or a chilled glass of bubbles.

Available seven days, option one of today’s Big Deal offers a mojito flight each for two, option 2 is for a bottle of Prosecco to share.

Both options come with nibbles to snack on.

The mojito selection comprises the classic mojito made with Bacardi Blanco white rum; a mixed berry mojito made with Bacardi Oro golden rum, and the distinctive Old Cuban, made from Bacardi six year-old rum, shaken with mint, lime juice and Angostura bitters, topped with Prosecco.

Option two is for a bottle of Prosecco Ca’ del Doge Spumante with a selection of nibbles and a jug of fruit purée. Choose between strawberry, raspberry or passion fruit.

There is also the option of white peach purée if you fancy mixing up a classic Bellini.

One Up likes to keep the ambience stylish, so smart casual dress is required.
