The Bucky burger – pork meat infused with a Buckfast and soy reduction

Beef and horseradish burger

Spiced mixed bean burger

Breaded chicken burger

The burgers are all served with root vegetable coleslaw, hand-cut chips and the taste-bud tickling Arches pickle.

Naturally, guests are welcome to add more toppings to their burgers with pulled pork, chilli, haggis, onion rings, smoked cheddar and bacon available, all priced between £1 and £2.

The cocktails on offer range from a classic whisky sour to a cola cube sour. Of course, diners are welcome to have a soft drink instead.

Located within one of seven Grade A-listed Victorian railway arches, The Arches is one of Glasgow’s hippest performance spaces and the cafe bar is a big hit with 5pm customers.
