Glasgow and New York have more in common that you might imagine.

The offer is for two people to have a main course and a glass of wine or beer in the popular Princes Square venue, valid from early January to late March 2017.

Seven days a week

Available seven days a week from noon, the Big Deal is for two people to each have a glass of house wine or a bottle of beer from the following sections of the main course menu: favourites, hot deli sandwiches, hot dogs, tacos and burgers – excluding the house signature burgers.

From New Orleans chicken and shrimp jambalaya to Carolina BBQ pulled pork tacos, there is a great range of dishes to choose between.

We fancy the Big Cheese burger but could see why anyone might be tempted by the New Jersey dog – topped with Texan chilli.

Or the honey mustard chicken – crispy coated chicken breast with American cheese, honey mustard mayo, lettuce and tomato, all served on toasted bread and accompanied with fries and a dressed salad.

Located on the airy second floor of the Princes Square mall, NY American Grill offers an authentic American coast-to-coast dining experience.

With cosy booth seating and plenty of New York City memorabilia, it feels like an American steakhouse and has the friendly service to prove it.
