24 hour notice period required for all cancellations. Failure to provide sufficient notice may forfeit purchase.
If treatment cannot be carried out due to contraindications or not enough hair growth at the time of appointment, no refund will be given. Lateness to any appointments 15 minutes or more will be recognised as a missed appointment and no refund will be given.
Max 1 purchase to be used per person. Multiples may be purchased as gifts.
