This light, bright and friendly café bistro opened last year with a crack team of very experienced chefs, including some serious talent in the patisserie section.

They bake everything fresh daily in Matilda’s basement kitchen and the fruits of the chefs’ labour can be seen in Matilda’s mouth-watering window displays of cakes, gateaux and tarts.
