Café Source sits in the basement of St Andrews in the Square.
It is the second oldest church in the city and, for many people, its most beautiful.
It was a church for almost 250 years before it closed in 1990 and, weddings aside, there have been no services in the building for a long time.
However, lots of people still sing the praises of the dishes served in Café Source.
Make a pilgrimage to St Andrew’s Square with today’s Big Deal on a two course meal with a glass of wine for one.

Good, hearty, comfort food
As the leaves fall and the nights begin to get colder, a meal at Café Source is a like a big hug.
Brighten up your autumn with this cheery Big Deal. It would be perfect for those evenings when manning the stove seems a step too far.
And, with Café Source’s proximity to venues such as the Old Fruitmarket, Barrowland and Tron, you could also use this offer for a pre-show meal.
Of course, you could always buy a handful and enjoy a meal with friends. We’re thinking Sunday lunch.
Great Scottish ingredients, thoughtful cooking and good company. Works for us.
